Chisato Uyeki is an activist and photographer living and working in
San Francisco. She believes that an end to the spread of HIV is
possible, but not without effective community-based responses
supported by pharmaceutical companies, local and national
governments, international policy makers, and direct input from
people living with HIV. She asks that those of you who can give
money, do so generously to help provide services, education and
research and bring us closer to a Day without HIV/AIDS.
