For the 9th annual Day With(out) Art on World AIDS Day, Creative Time commissioned three projects relating to the AIDS crisis, which were in turn documented on the Web Action site. Facilitating the communication of individuals and organizations, the site defied geographical boundaries and publicly united artists and activists.
